Job Summary:  This individual works as part of a team engaged in developing back and front-end systems on Microsoft platforms.  This senior position provides guidance based on knowledge and experience to team members.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

·Collaborates with technology team and project stakeholders to define technical solutions. ·Analyzes requirements and develops detailed design specifications. 

·Develops and implements software based on design specifications.

·Maintains existing software.

Researches and resolve technical issues.

·Creates and executes unit tests.

·Evaluates application software performance against standards.

 Writes manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures as needed.·

Provides off-hours support for assigned applications as needed. 

·Performs physical and logical database design and maintenance as needed.   

·Provides subject-matter expertise. 

·All other reasonable duties as assigned.  

  Required Qualifications:·       

Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related area required.  MIS preferred.

·Strong programming skills in C# and ASP.NET.

·Strong knowledge of SQL Server.

·Experience in XML and OO concepts and design patterns.

·Solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
